Position:  Financial Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

Budgeting activity and reporting: preparation of budget vs actual reporting

Cost controlling: verify that expenses are allocated to the right cost center and the right GL account

Preparation of the Monthly Expenses Table for monthly closing and cost controlling analysis

Monthly reporting on headcounts / labor cost

Purchase Orders analysis on projects

Manage Budget and Forecasting process on a quarterly and annual basis

Assist with month-end closing, accrual and general ledger accuracy

Partner with accounting to review accruals and costs reclassifications/allocations

Project Cash Flow

Track workforce resources, including employees, contractors and consultants

Ad hoc analyses as needed

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Finance or related field

5 years Financial Analyst experience in manufacturing industry

Fluent in English & Italian
