Position Description (max 3-4 paragraphs):

TBG is seeking a Pre-MBA Analyst to support the senior members of the investment team and focus on transaction execution and existing portfolio company monitoring. The following is a summary of the responsibilities for this position:

• In-depth financial analysis and the development of financial models
• Detailed industry and company research
• Preparation of investment memos to analyze current opportunities
• Financial and strategic analysis & monitoring of existing portfolio companies
• Quarterly and annual valuation analysis

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a current 2nd year Investment Banking Analyst from a top organization with a strong desire to learn the private equity business in the middle market. Candidates for this position will be required to prepare an industry presentation during the interview process.

Below are the required qualifications: 

• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and accounting concepts
